State of Utah Commissioners of Registration

If you thought the State of Utah was going to give you more than three million dollars, you were wrong!  This is a sweepstakes offer and not just an offer to enter into a sweepstakes, but an offer from a company who wants you to pay them to enter sweepstakes!  The State of Utah has nothing to do with the offer – in fact, they use this same seal and similar names in other states – now how special do you feel?

They want $20 from the recipient of the letter to enter them into sweepstakes.  However, how do you know that they will do that?  If you read the back of the form it states: “Sweepstakes researched and reported by PIB (the company) are free to enter.”  FREE!  Yet, they are charging you!

Man I just got one of the Comissioners of Registration and it just makes me sick that the state won't do nothing about this issue. The things that some people do to make a quick buck is unbelivable GREED will get people no where yeah sure they maybe able to line thier pockets at someone else's expense but sooner or later they get caught in the end.

We don’t know that the State hasn’t done something about it, they don’t always publicize when they sue a company. They do have a buyers beware list which you may want to look at - http://www.consumerprotection.utah.gov/downloads/buyer-beware.pdf.

Just a few questions if the state knows about this why dont they do anything about it? I feel that if their stealing the states markings and name then the state should step in. Its a scam to rob people of money and they state doesnt care? I get around 20 of these a month from the state of Utah. Luckly i know better and dont send them the money but some people may actually be sending it. Do us all a favor as part of the BBB and get the state to stop this.
